Dear Sir,
I right to place on record a commendation with regard to Jagath from your establishment.
I called yesterday to inquire about an issue with the remote control unit of my jbl theater system which is one my most prized possessions.
Jagath was very professional and polite over the phone and indicated j could bring it to the service center today. Upon arriving here today I called and asked for him to be told that Jagath was on leave. Fortunately I had asked for his personal mobile phone number and managed to get him on the phone. Jagath apologized profusely saying he had to take leave on an urgent personal matter today. However as he had asked me to come in he promised to coordinate with another staff member.
Within minutes another member of staff had arrived to help me diagnose the issue. Once again absolutely professional and courteous to the hilt, I was led to the waiting area. Within minutes the technician had identified the problem and even refused to charge as it seemed to be that the battery had not fallen in to place properly.
Jagath and his team at your service center are something to be truly proud about. Where service goes above and beyond the call of duty, even though I had no personal connection or contact at Debug.
