The private web based Vidlo system facilitates the creation and coding of academic structure linked to qualification, subjects, course duration, admission criteria, rules for promotion and it also captures graduation, exams entry requirements, tuition fees, residence fees, registration fees, library fee etc.
It handles the registration process which takes care of the generation of unique student numbers, followed by registration of students per campus, assigning subject and qualification, allocation to residences (where applicable)and finally raising of debtor as per fee structure and printing of acceptance letters and student cards.
Recording of test marks, assignment marks, practical marks and generation of year mark for pre-defined criteria and generation of student academic record, progress and cancellations is also made possible with the Vidlo comprehensive examination module.
The web based VIDLO college management System deployed at Lililtha College of Nursing handles the generation of examinations entry lists, examination time-tables and marks and final results. The system also comprises of Resource allocation, financial management and report generation modules.
The web enabled Vidlo CMS is centrally hosed at East London and made available within the Lilitha network of 5 main campuses and 12 satellite campuses through their private web as per the client requirement.
